  17. Commission's proposed Vanity Call Sign program, is available
  18. electronically on the following services: CompuServe, America
  19. Online, BIX and NVN (National Video Network). The file is named
  20. ''VANITY'' on these services.

  22. The file is also available on the Internet from the ARRL information
  23. server. Send a message to ''infoarrl.org'' with the following (and
  24. only the following) in the text of your message: ''SEND FCC-93-305''.
